Our contact at NFS is the ambigiously named Victor. No last name, no direct contact, just a first name and a general line answered by an answering service. We had a shipment of 2 drums of paint, that were apparently delivered. The feedback from our client was that 1 piece was missing. After numerous emails and follow up phone calls (of which Victor did not return). Victor sends over a stamped document but was unable to verify in who signed for the items. Thus, we had to send a replacement batch. We then emailed Victor to get an update and got no response after 24 hours. I personally tried to call Victor, but he was not in the office. Apparently there are no other managers in this entire organization to help Just Victor and his answering service. No matter how many times we try and call Victor or anyone else in this company it is a complete black hole. In the end we received cryptic emails with non-committal delivery deadlines. Don't ever work with this company. It is career suicide!

Test trial was made on this month after having problems with our last forwarder, and not only results, but the fast feedback we got from the staff, was really impress.
